This building was designed by Rodolfo Ucha in the first decade of the 20th century.

This is a single-story building with a pitched roof inspired by the French Mansard roofs. The warm colours of its surfaces and the symmetrical layout of its recesses should be noted. Above the main door, there is a module built into the the roof with a simple decorative function.
