Designed by Rodolfo Ucha at the beginning of the 20th century.
This two-storey building makes full use of available space with its quadrangular layout. The main feature of the façade is the appearance of galleries and the use of wrought iron, which has been painted black, for the front balconies. On the upper part of the roof, there is an attic with a pitched roof.
