Built by Rodolfo Ucha between 1913 and 1914.

This is a corner plot of land of limited size containing a single two-storey house. The bay windows, railings and galleries were made of wood and wrought iron by skilled craftsmen. It displays an Art Nouveau style and has a typical design. On the roof of the building there is a skylight in the shape of an octagonal dome from which there is a panoramic view of the entire city. The windows on the façade are in the shape of a pointed arch which gives the whole design a certain Neo-Gothic air. It is worth noting the original galleries that Ucha inset in the design.
